Job summary

ASUS is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Benelux Sales Team in Amsterdam. You will support Key Account Managers and the Country Product Manager, ensuring smooth daily sales operations and data-driven decision making.

This temporary role focuses on PO reviews, pricing, inventory, and dashboard reporting, with collaboration across local teams and HQ Sales in Taiwan. English is essential; Mandarin and Dutch are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel and handling data.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Good command of English; Mandarin and Dutch are a plus, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Order & Supply Management: review POs and confirm shipment status with HQ and Supply Chain.
• Pricing & Inventory Support: organize price lists and stock reports for distributors and partners.
• Cross-functional Alignment: map order information with PMs and ensure allocations meet sales needs.
• Data Accuracy & System Integration: verify data, assist with uploads and system integration.
• Reporting & Dashboards: consolidate sales data into clear dashboards for the team.
• Target & Performance Tracking: help set and track sales KPIs and targets.
• Sales Enablement: prepare documents and presentations for client meetings.
• Administrative Support: handle ad-hoc projects and operational tasks as needed.
