TrueNoord is looking for an experienced Temporary Office Manager who can join us at short notice and immediately take ownership of the day-to-day running of our Schiphol office.
This is a hands-on interim role for someone who is genuinely plug and play. You know what a well-run office requires, quickly understand priorities and are comfortable working independently from day one. You will ensure that the office remains organized, professional and welcoming for our team and visitors.
As an international organization, we work across offices, cultures and time zones. You should therefore have proven experience in an international business environment and feel confident communicating with colleagues and senior stakeholders from different backgrounds. This is a hands-on interim assignment in a professional and international organisation. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate contribution by bringing continuity, structure and a high level of service to our office and wider team while we recruit a permanent Office Manager.
If you are an experienced Office Manager who enjoys taking ownership and can quickly find your way in a new organization, we would be pleased to hear from you.
