Job summary

ING NL is seeking a Vendor Manager within Procurement Netherlands to drive strategic source-to-contract activities, supplier performance, and risk management. You will develop vendor plans, negotiate major contracts, and align with business contract owners to deliver value and sustainability.

Qualifications

6+ years in Procurement/Vendor Management, preferably at a strategic level in an international financial services provider organisation.
>2 years managing vendor relationships, with focus on software and services in technology.
Experience working with offshore teams.
Dutch language required for role; master English business language.

Responsibilities

Develop vendor plans with clear objectives and value capture.
Manage and monitor vendor performance and contract obligations.
Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes with suppliers.
Build and consolidate supplier relationships and preferred supplier lists.
Lead governance with contract owners and service managers.
