Job summary

Action is seeking a Global Lead Procurement Manager Technology & Innovation to shape its technology sourcing strategy and lead an international procurement team. You will develop category strategies for IT infra, software, cloud and digital platforms, negotiate with strategic vendors, and collaborate across Technology, Legal and Finance to ensure scalable, future-proof growth.

This role offers high visibility in Europe with a fast-growing retail platform and the chance to impact Action’s digital

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in an international technology or IT procurement environment.
Strong experience with category management and supplier negotiations.
Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and project management skills (prioritize).
You are confident in expressing your opinion, resilient under pressure, and able to maintain an overview.

Responsibilities

Lead the Technology procurement team (4 FTE)
Develop category strategies for IT infrastructure, software, cloud, and digital platforms
Negotiate and manage contracts with strategic technology vendors
Collaborate with Technology, Legal, and Finance stakeholders
Contribute to building a scalable procurement organization supporting Action’s rapid growth
