Job summary

GenDx, headquartered near Utrecht Science Park, is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our HR team in Utrecht. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, source talent, conduct interviews, and support onboarding across the life sciences field.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of corporate recruitment experience, strong English, and a proactive approach to building talent pipelines. This role offers hybrid work, commuting allowance, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HRM or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of corporate recruitment experience in Life Sciences or similar.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• English proficiency required (written and spoken).
• Willing to reside near Utrecht Science Park or relocate within commuting distance to the office.

As a Corporate Recruiter at GenDx , you will manage the recruitment process from proactively identifying, sourcing, and approaching talent through to successful onboarding, while partnering closely with hiring managers and business stake holders.

You will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring talented professionals who match both the requirements of the role and our company culture.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and structured interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to the pre – and onboarding process in collaboration with the HR team.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and track key hiring metrics.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and the candidate experience, and develop and propose practical improvements.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HRM or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in corporate recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role in the Life Science sector.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience with partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities independently.
• Experience with an ATS is a strong advantage.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
• Excellent command of professional English (written and spoken).
• You currently live near Utrecht Science Park or are willing to relocate within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.
• Please note that you must be legally eligible to live and work in the Netherlands. Visa sponsorship may not be available for this position.
