Job description

We are building the largest 3D printing factory in Europe, located in Eindhoven. We officially began our journey 3 years ago with our custom high-speed 3D printers. Our business model focuses exclusively on contract manufacturing, allowing us to develop end-to-end production lines for our clients. This includes building machines, developing compounds, and advancing automation for lights-out manufacturing.

As a Technician at Definition Technologies, you will work at the heart of our production facility, maintaining and operating our fleet of industrial 3D printers. You ensure the machines run smoothly and keep production efficient and reliable.

• Operate and maintain over 100 industrial 3D printers
• Prepare, start, and manage print jobs across the whole machine park.
• Conduct quality checks on printed parts and production consistency
• Manage material loading, printer alignment, and production schedules
• Support process improvements to increase uptime and efficiency
• Collaborate with engineers to test new hardware and upgrades

After gaining experience and a strong understanding of our production systems, you can advance to roles such as Lead Operator, Production Coordinator, or join the Engineering Team to help develop and optimize new machines and processes.
