Job summary

Keenfinity invites you to join as a Technical Training Content Creator Intern in Eindhoven. You will develop interactive web-based trainings and technical how-to videos, shaping our Academy content for video systems.

You’ll transform PowerPoint into e-learning modules using Articulate, manage timelines, support translations for a pilot country, and help configure our showroom and training center networks. This hands-on role offers mentorship, exposure to international projects, and an internship

Qualifications

• MBO level education required.
• EU nationality or student at a Dutch university.
• Available for at least five months.
• Able to work at our Eindhoven office.
• Based in the Netherlands, preferably Eindhoven.

Responsibilities

• Training in our e-learning software Articulate.
• Transform and optimize PowerPoint presentations into interactive e-learning trainings.
• Managing and driving time-schedule and approvals.
• Pilot country support with training translations.
• Test products and help create technical videos and training for customers.
• Assist with installation and configuration of the showroom network infrastructure.
• Assist with installation and configuration of the training center network infrastructure.

The Product training and knowledge department (MKK) is part of the Marketing organization. Our department define and maintains the complete product training portfolio for Video systems products but is also responsible for all technical product introductions.

Our mission is to enable customers, end-users, key influencers and internal associates to deeply understand unique value proposition, competitive advantage as well as technical features of our products and to solve project related problems. We also ensure customer certification requirements.

Next to this, we also ensure that our showroom is always equipped with the newest equipment to provide the best experience for our customers

Key Responsibility: Creation of technical training content for online trainings in our Academy as also technical How To videos. The installation and configuration of the network and hardware of our new showroom.

Key Responsibilities

During your internship you will create attractive interactive e-learning trainings. These trainings will be fully web based. Your tasks will be:

• Training in our e-learning software Articulate.
• Transform and optimize PowerPoint presentations into attractive and interactive e-learning trainings.
• Managing and driving time-schedule; u Managing and driving approvals;
• You will get a pilot country to support with the translation of the training.
• Test products and help create technical videos and training to explain to our customer how to configure our cameras
• Help with the installation and configuration of the network and infrastructure of our new showroom
• Help with the installation and configuration of the network and infrastructure of our new training center

We are looking for a student:

• Level of Education: MBO
• Basic ip knowledge
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Requirements

• You have a nationality of an EU member state or if not, you are a student at a Dutch university.
• You must be available for at least five months.
• You can work at our office in Eindhoven.
• You are based in the Netherlands, preferably in Eindhoven.
