Job summary

Bynder is seeking a creative motion graphic designer and videophile for a 6-month internship in our Amsterdam office. You will join our international marketing team, collaborating with designers, videographers, and copywriters to create compelling social content that showcases our cloud-based marketing tools.

You will gain hands-on experience in concept development, filming, editing, and studio setup, with mentorship from our Manager of Creative Strategy.

Qualifications

• Portfolio available from studies or projects.
• Fluent English with good communication skills.
• Enrolled in a Dutch university for the whole duration of the internship.
• Available for a full-time internship of at least 6 months starting Sep/Oct 2026.
• Live in Amsterdam or willing to relocate.
• Adobe CC: Premiere Pro & After Effects knowledge required.
• Knowledge of handling camera equipment.
• Motion graphics knowledge is a big plus.
• Cinema4D knowledge is a big plus.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to drive initiatives.
• Interest in marketing and social media.
• Familiar with brainstorming sessions.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Proactive and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of high-quality photo/video concepts for the subject and audience.
• Edit video and photos, including footage, audio, graphics; revise as needed.
• Prioritize tasks, create storyboards, record and edit collateral.
• Research ideas and produce content for marketing programs.
• Help run the in-house recording studio in the Amsterdam office.

We are actively looking for you, a creative motion graphician and videophile, to join our international Amsterdam-based Marketing team for a 6-month internship. You will be part of the creative team, reporting to our Manager of Creative Strategy and working hand-in-hand with our designers, videographers, and copywriters.

You will be responsible for assisting in conceptualizing and creating content, filming, processing and editing video shorts and photographs for both social media and internal use, highlighting the key features and products of our cloud-based marketing tool, managing equipment and files, and building equipment and sets up and down on shoot days.

What you will do:

• Contribute to the development of high-quality photo and video concepts in a style specific to the subject and audience.

• Video and photo editing, including manipulating camera footage (still and moving), audio and graphics, and making revisions as requested.

• Prioritizing tasks, timelines, creating storyboards, recording, and editing of relevant collateral.

• Research, ideas, and production of creative content for our running marketing programs

• Help run our in-house recording Studio in the Amsterdam office

What you have:

• You have a portfolio available featuring some of the work you’ve done during your studies or as part of a project

• You are fluent in English and have good communication skills

• You are enrolled in a Dutch university throughout the whole duration of the internship

• You're available for a full-time internship of at least 6 months starting September or October 2026

• You live in or close to Amsterdam or are willing to relocate

• Adobe CC suite knowledge (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is required

• Knowledge and experience handling camera equipment

• Motion graphics knowledge and experience is a huge plus

• Cinema4D knowledge and experience are a big plus

• You have great organizational skills and can drive initiatives from start to finish

• Understanding and passion for marketing and social media

• Familiar with creative thinking and brainstorming sessions

• Curious and eager to learn

• Proactive and enthusiastic

Nice to have:

• Adobe CC extended suite knowledge (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Audition) is a plus

• Figma/DaVinci Resolve experience and knowledge

• Good knowledge of social media channels and content types (Linked In, Youtube, Instagram)
