Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor/MBO+ in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum relevant experience in maintenance, engineering or training.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into practical training materials.
Responsibilities
- Lead capability development and skills management for maintenance staff.
- Design and deliver practical and digital technical trainings and onboarding.
- Coordinate training programs, certifications and scheduling with stakeholders.
- Capture and share knowledge to drive continuous improvement and learning culture.
- Develop scalable digital learning resources (e-learning modules, videos, guides).
