Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Maintenance System and Excellence Engineer in Leiden, Netherlands. You will strengthen maintenance execution, system compliance, and equipment reliability across the site, owning how maintenance systems, data, and processes are applied to support safe, compliant operations in a regulated medical-device manufacturing environment.
You will lead the effective use of the eCMMS (Maximo) and act as the SME for audits, guiding audits and inspections with clear, up-to-date
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Science discipline is required.
- 2–5 years of maintenance, engineering, or reliability experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with eCMMS systems and maintenance data analysis.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and audit environments.
Responsibilities
- Drive Maintenance Systems Excellence and standardize eCMMS usage across Maintenance.
- Ensure maintenance activities meet GMP, QMS, EHS, and company standards with clear documentation.
- Analyze data to design fit-for-purpose maintenance programs and improve preventive maintenance.
- Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives and audits.
