Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Leiden, Netherlands is seeking a Digital Integrator, Lab Execution Systems to lead digital initiatives for manufacturing execution and OT platforms across pilot plants, development labs, and operations.

You will bridge scientific, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and digital teams to deploy and continuously improve MES & related platforms for data-driven operations and digital manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cell therapy, gene therapy, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and OSI-PI.
• Understanding of GxP regulations and data integrity requirements.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the digital representative for Plant Execution Systems within the CGT.
• Align plant execution capabilities with Digital & Automation and TDS Digital strategies.
• Ensure ontology is embedded directly into MES, OSI-PI and LIMS.
• Represent digital team for Operations manufacturing during strategic planning and governance.
• Optimize Visualization, Reporting capabilities.
• Drive successful implementation and rollout of MES capabilities with ontology and FAIR data.
• Establish adoption strategies and business processes that promote sustainable execution.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to embed digital ways of working.
• Enable seamless integration between MES, OSI-PI, SAP, LIMS, and enterprise data platforms.
• Ensure manufacturing data is structured, contextualized, and available for analytics.
