Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Learning & Development Specialist within our Supply Chain Engineering team in Leiden, NL. You will design and deliver programs that develop technical specialists, strengthen expertise and capture critical knowledge across our organization.

You will collaborate with People Leaders, SMEs, technicians, HR and external training partners to coordinate training from needs assessment to implementation, including onboarding, skills development, coaching, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field and 5+ years in technical training or L&D.
Strong technical background to understand maintenance/disciplines and evaluation of training needs.
Coordinate complex training programs with multiple stakeholders and providers.
Experience designing and delivering hands-on and digital training; GMP/compliance context.
Experience in manufacturing/pharma or regulated sectors is preferred.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills; fluent in English (Dutch preferred).

Responsibilities

Design and deliver technical training programs, including onboarding and skills development.
Coordinate training from needs assessment through implementation with SMEs, trainers and external providers.
Develop scalable digital learning assets and practical job-support tools.
Capture, structure and transfer critical tacit and explicit knowledge with SMEs.
Lead Train-the-Trainer initiatives and knowledge-sharing programs.
Drive continuous improvement in learning design and capability development.
