Job summary

InSpace in Eindhoven is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build the teams behind NOVA, our AI platform turning search queries into scalable advantage. You will recruit for Software Engineering, Product, Design, Data and Web Development, partnering with hiring managers to translate business needs into focused hiring strategies.

You’ll lead sourcing, interviews and offers, while shaping our Talent Acquisition function with smarter processes and AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on technical recruitment experience, preferably in-house or SaaS scale-ups.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, Product, Design, Data and Web Development.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple vacancies and engage passive candidates.
• Strong business partner mindset, able to challenge and guide hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle from intake to onboarding.
• Translate hiring needs into realistic strategies, profiles, and sourcing plans.
• Proactively identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn and networks.
• Build pipelines for current and future roles and improve processes with data.
