InSpace seeks a Product Domain Lead to own a core domain within NOVA, shaping its direction and ensuring teams solve the right problems. You’ll work at the intersection of customer needs, market developments, and AI innovation to deliver measurable value.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering and Design, leverage AI tools for discovery, and maintain a strong focus on outcomes and impact within a fast-moving AI SaaS environment.

At InSpace, we're building NOVA: an AI platform that helps companies stay visible in a world where discovery increasingly happens through LLMs and AI platforms instead of traditional search engines. Our software combines strategy, content generation, technical optimization, publishing workflows, and performance data into one intelligent system.

As a Product Domain Lead at InSpace, you'll own a core product domain within NOVA and help shape how our platform evolves in a rapidly changing AI landscape. You'll work at the intersection of customer needs, market developments, AI innovation, and product execution, turning opportunities into product capabilities that create measurable value for customers.

We move fast, experiment often, and use AI throughout both our product development and daily workflows.

We're looking for a Product Domain Lead who combines strong product thinking with hands-on execution in the context of AI-driven software. In this role, you'll own a strategic product domain within NOVA, with the freedom to shape its direction and the responsibility to ensure the team is solving the right problems.

What You'll Do

• Own a product domain and drive its strategy, priorities, roadmap, and outcomes
• Identify customer problems, market opportunities, and product improvements through research, feedback, usage data, and experimentation
• Follow developments in AI, search, SaaS, and adjacent markets to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends
• Shape product opportunities into clear, actionable bets with well-defined scope, assumptions, and success criteria
• Partner closely with Engineering and Product Design throughout discovery, validation, development, and launch
• Use AI tooling to accelerate market research, customer analysis, product exploration, prototyping, and decision-making
• Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations to make informed product decisions
• Measure product performance, adoption, and impact, continuously learning and iterating based on outcomes
• Help improve product discovery, shaping, prioritization, and delivery processes across the organization
• Ensure teams remain focused on the highest-impact opportunities and outcomes

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role, within SaaS or technology companies is a must.
• You have a strong track record of turning customer problems, market opportunities, and business goals into successful product outcomes
• You excel at defining priorities, making trade-offs, and bringing clarity to complex or ambiguous situations
• You collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Leadership teams
• You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
• You actively use AI tools to improve research, analysis, product discovery, and decision-making
• You're curious about AI, emerging technologies, and how they are reshaping software products and digital discovery
• Experience with AI products, LLMs, platform products, SEO, GEO, marketing technology, or search-related products is a plus
• Available full-time at our office at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven

Salary range

€62,000 - €105.000 (annually incl. holiday allowance)
