InSpace is building NOVA, an AI platform that turns search queries into scalable competitive advantage. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and implement backend services, AI integrations, and LLM workflows at scale, ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability across complex systems.

You will work from the High Tech Campus Eindhoven for most of the week, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to turn ideas into working solutions with measurable

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a software engineer on scalable SaaS platforms.
• Ability to design full system architecture and understand dependencies.
• Strong fundamentals in testing, CI/CD, security, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business challenges into scalable software architecture.
• Build backend services and core NOVA platform features.
• Develop AI-native workflows and LLM integrations.
• Make architecture decisions around reliability, performance, security.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success.
• Mentor peers through code reviews and best practices.
• Establish AI evaluation frameworks and guardrails.
