Job summary

Nutreco through its Trouw Nutrition brand seeks a Technical Sales Advisor Swine to strengthen our presence in Bulgaria, driving growth by working directly with farmers and key stakeholders. You will combine technical nutrition expertise with a commercial mindset and provide nutritional and farm management solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of the Bulgarian swine market, extensive travel within Bulgaria, and collaboration with regional teams to develop value propositions for the swine

Qualifications

• Veterinarian degree or Master’s in Animal Science/Animal Nutrition or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in swine nutrition, technical advisory, or commercial roles in livestock.
• Strong knowledge of the Bulgarian swine industry and its key players.
• Fluent Bulgarian and English (written and spoken) are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Take the full sales and technical responsibility within your region.
• Develop and roll out the Actionplan to grow the B2F business.
• Apply a consultative B2F approach to understand customer needs and tailor solutions.
• Grow existing relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Provide technical and nutritional support to swine customers across Bulgaria.
• Build trusted partnerships with farmers, integrators, veterinarians and other stakeholders.
• Support swine team in developing compelling value propositions.
• Analyze farm performance data and translate findings into recommendations.
• Stay informed about market developments and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with technical, commercial, and marketing teams across the region.
• Represent Trouw Nutrition at customer visits, industry events and technical meetings.
