Job summary

Hikvision Europe B.V. is seeking an Order Management Intern to support regional sales in Hoofddorf, focusing on order and shipment follow-up, data entry, and system checks.

The role requires strict attention to accuracy and timelines, with exposure to cross-functional coordination across finance, R&D, supply chain, and logistics. The ideal candidate is enrolled in a Dutch higher education program for the full duration, with a background in supply chain and availability for 4–5 days per week.

Qualifications

• You are enrolled in a Dutch higher education institution for the entire duration of the internship.
• Educational background in supply chain management or related fields.
• Available for at least 4 months for 4 to 5 days per week.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and other standard computer software.

Responsibilities

• Assist regional sales to follow up the daily work of customers orders and shipments.
• Responsible for the entry, review and unlocking of various overseas order systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate finance, R&D, supply chain, customs, logistics and other links to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders.

Hikvision Europe B.V. is now looking for an Order Management Intern in Hoofddorp office.

Key Information

• Duration: At least 5 months, longer availability is preferable

Job responsibilities

• Assist regional sales to follow up the daily work of customers' orders, and shipments.
• Responsible for the entry, review, and unlocking of various overseas order systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordination of finance, research and development, supply chain, customs, Logistics and other links ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all orders.

You are the perfect candidate, if you:

• are enrolled in a Dutch higher education institution for the entire duration of the internship;
• have an educational background in supply chain management or other related fields;
