Job summary

Hikvision Europe B.V. is seeking an Order Management Intern in Hoofddorp. The role supports regional sales with daily orders and shipments, and ensures accuracy across overseas order systems.

You will coordinate with multiple teams to guarantee timely delivery of all orders. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Dutch higher education institution for the full duration, with a background in supply chain management, and are available 4–5 days per week for at least four months.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Dutch higher education institution for the entire internship.
• Educational background in supply chain management or related fields is preferred.
• Available for at least 4 months, 4–5 days per week.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and standard software.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist regional sales with daily order follow-up and shipments.
• Enter, review, and unlock various overseas order systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with finance, R&D, supply chain, customs and logistics to ensure timely delivery of all orders.

Key Information

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: At least 5 months, longer availability is preferable
• Work location: Hoofddorp, NL

Job Responsibilities

• Assist regional sales to follow up the daily work of customers' orders, and shipments.
• Responsible for the entry, review, and unlocking of various overseas order systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordination of finance, research and development, supply chain, customs, Logistics and other links ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all orders.

Ideal Candidate

• are enrolled in a Dutch higher education institution for the entire duration of the internship;
• have an educational background in supply chain management or other related fields;
• are available for at least 4 months for 4 to 5 days per week;
• have excellent communication, analysis, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail;
• are proficient in Microsoft office, Outlook, and other standard computer software;
• are fluent in English.
