Job summary

PDF Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support Java, HTML, Groovy and Python applications across on-prem and cloud environments. You will handle debugging, testing and troubleshooting while coordinating with architects, PMs and customers to prioritize workloads.

Ideal candidates debug multi-threaded apps, work with Oracle/LDAP databases, and have strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python). Weekend rotation and shifted schedules are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience debugging Java/HTML/Groovy/Python applications and supporting global customers.
• Ability to multitask, respond to escalations, and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Supports existing Java, HTML, Groovy, and Python applications.
• Performs debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of existing software deployments.
• Works with development team to fix problems and maintain product quality.
• Prioritizes caseloads with architects, PMs, business owners, and customers.
• Works independently and with others; creates root cause analysis reports.
• Identifies application customizations to meet customer needs.
