Job summary

VIPS PMS is seeking a Technical Solution Owner to bridge Product and Development, translating complex questions into practical solutions and driving API improvements. The role collaborates with our India-based lead developers to resolve blockers, test ideas, and automate where possible.

You’ll work on REST APIs, JSON, SaaS platforms and Azure technology, looking for efficiencies and reusable patterns to empower the team and deliver faster results.

Do you like figuring out how things work and how they can work better?

Do you enjoy solving technical problems, testing ideas and finding practical solutions?

As Technical Solution Owner at VIPS PMS, you’ll work between Product and Development. You’ll help our Product Owners with complex technical questions and work closely with our lead developers in India to solve problems and keep development moving.

You’ll also look beyond the immediate problem. How can we make our APIs easier to use? What can we automate? Where can we simplify development or make our platform more efficient?

You don’t need to solve everything yourself. We’re looking for someone who knows when to step in, help find a solution and enable the team to move forward.

What you’ll do

You’ll be involved where technical thinking can make a real difference. Your work will include:

• Helping Product Owners translate complex technical questions into practical solutions.
• Testing ideas through APIs, prototypes, experiments and proofs of concept.
• Working closely with our lead developers in India to resolve technical blockers and explore solutions.
• Working with REST APIs, JSON, SaaS platforms and Azure-based technology.
• Finding ways to improve APIs, integrations, documentation and developer self-service.
• Exploring opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and use AI to improve our products and processes.
• Considering technical dependencies, scalability and efficiency when evaluating solutions.
• Sharing knowledge and creating reusable solutions so the team can solve more problems independently.
• Technical assessment of new features and initiatives

You’ll have room to experiment and take initiative, working within our existing product direction and technical frameworks.

• A salary of €4,250–€5,250 gross per month, depending on experience.

What we’re looking for

You’re a technical team player with a practical, solution-oriented mindset. You enjoy figuring out how things work, testing ideas and finding ways to improve them. You have a few years of experience in a technical or software-related role, understand REST APIs and JSON, and have an interest in SaaS platforms, Azure and automation. You work independently, communicate clearly and enjoy working closely with Product and Development to get things done. Experience with Azure, automation tools or hospitality technology is a plus.
