Job summary

VIPS PMS, a hospitality software company based in the Netherlands, is seeking a Technical Solution Owner to bridge Product and Development between the Netherlands and our global team. You’ll help Product Owners with complex technical questions and guide lead developers in solving problems to keep development moving.

You’ll explore API usability, automation opportunities, and AI-enhanced processes, while ensuring scalable, efficient solutions and reusable code for the team to work more

Qualifications

• Strong practical, solution-oriented mindset.
• Enjoy figuring out how things work and testing ideas.
• Experience in a technical or software-related role; understand REST APIs and JSON; interest in SaaS, Azure and automation.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with Product and Development.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical questions into practical solutions for Product Owners.
• Test ideas through APIs, prototypes, experiments and proofs of concept.
• Collaborate with lead developers in India to resolve blockers.
• Improve APIs, integrations, and developer self-service.
• Explore automation opportunities and AI enhancements.
• Assess technical dependencies, scalability and efficiency.
• Share knowledge and create reusable solutions for the team.
• Perform technical assessment of new features and initiatives.
