Job summary

VIPS PMS is seeking a Technical Solution Owner to bridge Product and Development, translating complex questions into practical solutions and driving API improvements. The role collaborates with our India-based lead developers to resolve blockers, test ideas, and automate where possible.

You’ll work on REST APIs, JSON, SaaS platforms and Azure technology, looking for efficiencies and reusable patterns to empower the team and deliver faster results.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical or software-related role.
• Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
• Interest in SaaS platforms, Azure and automation.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical questions into practical solutions with Product Owners.
• Test ideas through APIs, prototypes, experiments and proofs of concept.
• Collaborate with lead developers in India to resolve blockers and move development forward.
• Work with REST APIs, JSON, SaaS platforms and Azure-based technology.
• Find ways to improve APIs, integrations, documentation and developer self-service.
• Explore opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and use AI to improve products and processes.
• Consider technical dependencies, scalability and efficiency when evaluating solutions.
• Share knowledge and create reusable solutions so the team can solve more problems independently.
