Job summary

Markem-Imaje in Amsterdam is seeking a highly organized Technical Services Resource Planner to manage field service operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource optimization, and excellent customer support in a fast-paced environment.

You will create service orders, allocate field resources in SAP FSM, schedule installations and preventive maintenance, handle parts, invoicing, and stock management while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

• Proven SAP ECC and SAP FSM experience.

Responsibilities

• Create service orders and allocate Field Service Resources to respond promptly to customer service requests.
• Maintain an accurate Field Service Technicians planning board in SAP FSM to optimize resource efficiency.
• Process installations and repairs requests, ordering parts and scheduling related jobs in SAP/ERP.
• Manage Service Contract Agreement details and scheduling of preventive maintenance in SAP/ERP.
• Perform invoice collection activities including credit validation and PO procurement.
• Determine service stock availability and manage advance shipments/returns of parts.
• Prepare and send quotations for services to customers.

Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Technical Services Resource Planner to manage field service operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource optimization, and excellent customer support within a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

• Create service orders and allocate Field Service Resources to respond promptly to customer service requests.
• Maintain a current and accurate Field Service Technicians planning board in SAP Field Service Management to optimize resource efficiency, availability and customer responsiveness.
• Process installations and repairs requests, ordering parts required and scheduling of related jobs in ERP (SAP) system.
• Process and maintain Service Contract Agreement details, ordering parts required and scheduling of preventive maintenance jobs in ERP (SAP) system.
• Perform duties related to invoice collection; credit validation, obtaining purchase orders and prompt invoicing of completed service notifications.
• Determine service stock availability and process advance shipments and returns of service parts.
• Prepare and send quotations for services to customers.

What you need to have:

• Experience working within resource planning or similar highly demanding, fast paced environments with a strong administration focus
• Must be fluent in both Dutch and English. An understanding of French would be beneficial but is not a necessity
• Proven experience of working with SAP ECC and SAP FSM
• Ability to demonstrate logical thinking process and troubleshooting
• Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, customer oriented and relationship management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to work independently.
