Darwin Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Technical Program Manager for a fast-growing photonics/AI infrastructure company. The role drives complex hardware programs from development through prototype builds, supplier execution, and readiness for production, coordinating across engineering, suppliers, purchasing, packaging, manufacturing and test.

You will manage schedules, dependencies and risks, track prototype builds and wafer runs, and ensure on-time delivery with escalation if milestones are

Formación

• 5-10+ years in technical program management or NPI
• Experience with complex hardware, photonics or optoelectronics preferred
• Ability to coordinate engineering, suppliers and manufacturing partners
• Experience moving products from prototype to production ramp
• Strong understanding of schedules, risks and critical paths

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the integrated program plan, milestones and dependencies
• Coordinate engineering, suppliers, purchasing, manufacturing and external partners
• Track prototype builds, wafer runs, packaging, testing and qualification activities
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans
• Escalate issues that threaten milestones and drive recovery plans
• Support transition from R&D to scalable production
• Provide clear program status to senior leadership
