Booking.com is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the Platform Enablement team's strategy and roadmap, delivering end-to-end platform capabilities that power global Customer Service operations.

You will collaborate with engineering, data, and external vendors to drive scalable, high-quality experiences while balancing business and technical needs in a complex, multi-product ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in technical Product Management, managing large scale technical/platform products.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent prioritisation in time-critical situations balancing customer & business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Platform Enablement team's product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery.
• Align the team's roadmap to modernization and overall company strategy.
• Define, track, and report clear product and engineering metrics for stakeholders.
• Improve platform reliability, availability, resilience and performance at global scale.
• Translate business and technical needs into a prioritised backlog.
• Engage CS and other business units to implement changes and measure impact.
• Partner with engineers, data teams and external vendors to ship scalable capabilities.
