Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a GMP/GDP environment.
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures and production processes.
• Good verbal, reading, and writing skills in English.
• MBO level 2 education or equivalent.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible, reliable and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to work in various shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines according to established procedures and standard work instructions.
• Collaborate with team members and line leads to achieve production goals.
• Monitor and adjust processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Report issues or deviations promptly to the Line Lead and escalate when necessary.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, including shift handovers and documentation.
• Follow all safety protocols and SOPs to maintain a secure working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance.
• Complete all required training within designated timeframes.
• Support team efforts in maintaining high standards of safety, quality and delivery.
