TrueNoord is seeking a Technical Manager to support the global fleet’s technical asset management across the lease lifecycle. You will monitor technical performance, status, and compliance documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
The role requires hands-on aviation engineering knowledge, strong data analysis abilities, and experience with lease/asset management processes. Amsterdam-based with hybrid work, potential travel for audits.

We are looking for a motivated Technical Manager to join our growing Technical team in Amsterdam.
In this role, you will support the technical asset management of TrueNoord's global fleet of regional aircraft throughout the lease lifecycle. You will help ensure that aircraft technical performance, maintenance status, compliance documentation and lease-related technical obligations are effectively monitored, controlled and accurately reported.
Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to maintenance forecasting, audit readiness, maintenance reserve processing and a range of technical asset management activities that help protect asset value and support sound business decision-making.

The role is based at our Schiphol office in the Amsterdam area. We work on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of three office days per week. Occasional international travel may be required for technical audits or aircraft inspections.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential. Dutch or other languages is a plus.
