ELLBRU zoekt een ervaren Technical Draftsperson / Revit Designer die concepten omzet in bouwbare tekeningen voor hospitality, retail en kantoorprojecten. Je werkt aan hoogwaardige, internationale turnkey interieurprojecten en focust op technische ontwikkeling en detail.

De rol vereist Revit-ervaring, scherpe communicatie en zelfstandigheid. Het team van circa 40 professionals biedt een informele, multiculturele werkomgeving en groei- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring met Revit.
• Aantoonbare ervaring in het produceren en ontwikkelen van tekeningen.
• Sterk technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht.
• Nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en zelfstandige werkhouding.
• Capaciteit om creatieve ontwerpen om te zetten in praktische technische oplossingen.

Responsibilities

• Maak en ontwikkel technische interieurtekeningen in Revit.
• Zet ontwerpen om in bouwbare tekenpakketjes.
• Produceer plattegronden, gevels, doorsneden en details.
• Modelleren van interieurruimtes voor hospitality, retail en kantooprojecten.
• Coördineer tekeningen met ontwerpers, projectmanagers en aannemers.
• Volg de technische kwaliteit, haalbaarheid en levertijden.

You will join an international design-and-build organisation specialising in turnkey interior projects. The office consists of approximately 40 employees, including designers, technical specialists and project managers. The working environment is informal, open and multicultural, with close collaboration between different disciplines and nationalities. English is commonly used as the main working language.

Functieomschrijving

As a Technical Draftsperson / Revit Designer, you will be responsible for the technical development of interior designs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Create and develop technical interior drawings in Revit;
• Translate design concepts into accurate and buildable drawing packages;
• Produce floor plans, elevations, sections and technical details;
• Model interior spaces for hospitality, retail and office projects;
• Coordinate drawings with designers, project managers and contractors;
• Monitor the technical quality, feasibility and timely delivery of drawings.

• At least five years of professional experience working with Revit;
• Proven experience producing and developing technical drawings;
• Strong technical and spatial understanding;
• A precise, structured and independent approach to work;
• Ability to translate creative designs into practical, technically feasible solutions;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Professional proficiency in English;
• Experience with interior design or fit-out projects is an advantage;
• Experience working on hospitality, retail or office projects is a plus.
