Magnum Ice Cream Company seeks a Technology Strategy Junior Manager reporting to the CTIO Office to translate strategic priorities into action and establish governance and the IT operating model for a globally connected, high‑performing technology organisation.

You will partner with stakeholders across the business, craft narratives, set guardrails and build an enterprise-wide roadmap in a rapidly evolving environment.

• Experience in technology/ IT strategy and operating-model design.
• Proven transformation delivery and cross-functional programme management.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate strategy into executive materials.
• Practical application of AI to improve decisions and ways of working.
