Job summary
Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking an experienced Quality Strategy, Development, & Training Senior Manager to shape and activate the global Quality agenda.
You will partner with the Chief Quality Officer to translate strategy into programmes, governance, and KPIs, aligning with Supply Chain priorities. You will drive transformation, build a global Quality community, and use storytelling, digital tools and AI to simplify work and accelerate collaboration.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in quality, with Supply Chain exposure.
- Proven transformation and change leadership in a complex organization.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional, matrix structures.
- Experience building communities and mobilising stakeholders.
- Experience delivering high-impact events and campaigns.
- Strong storytelling and senior leadership communication.
- Solid understanding of digital tech and AI in quality
Responsibilities
- Shape and evolve the global Quality strategy, programmes, goals and KPIs.
- Translate strategy into clear roadmaps and governance.
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives and simplify processes.
- Embed Quality into decision making across functions.
- Build and engage a global Quality community and forums.
