Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company in the Netherlands is seeking a Quality Strategy & Culture Senior Manager. You will shape and activate the global Quality agenda, aligning priorities with Supply Chain goals, translating strategy into programmes, roadmaps and governance, and driving cross‑functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain and Quality.
• Leadership experience in global, cross-functional, matrix organisations.
• Experience designing and delivering high‑impact events, campaigns or engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Shape global Quality strategy, priorities and KPIs with the Chief Quality Officer and Leadership Team.
• Translate strategy into programmes, roadmaps and governance with clear ownership and accountability.
• Lead transformation initiatives, simplify processes and mobilise stakeholders to embed improvements.
• Shape and lead the global Quality Culture programme across the organisation.
• Build and engage a global Quality community with networks and collaboration forums.
• Translate complex Quality priorities into simple narratives for senior leaders and teams.
• Shape key global events, campaigns and engagement moments.
• Use digital tools and AI to generate insights and accelerate decision‑making across Quality.
• Partner across Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, HR, Legal and other functions to embed priorities.
