Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an intern for 5 to 6 months (Feb/March 2027 start) to support the Global Consumer & Market Insights team. You will help uncover consumer truths, translate insights into business recommendations, and contribute to the Digital Insights & Enablement agenda.

You’ll work closely with CMI, Marketing, and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure and ownership from day one, with a focus on using digital tools and AI-enabled platforms to enhance insights.

Competenze

• Enrolled in a Bachelor (3rd or 4th year) or Master program.
• Strong interest in consumer insights, marketing, and digital research/AI.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources.

• Support design and execution of consumer research projects to understand consumer behavior.
• Assist in analyzing and visualizing research results (quantitative and qualitative).
• Translate data into clear consumer insights and compelling stories for stakeholders.
• Contribute to projects on marketing topics such as campaign testing, product and pack development, and brand understanding.
• Explore consumer trends and gather data across markets to inform decision-making.
• Synthesize multiple data sources into integrated insights.
• Collaborate with Magnum marketing and external research agencies on ongoing projects.
• Support rollout of frameworks like Demand Moments and practical tools.
