Job summary

Picnic Technologies is seeking a People Business Partner for Tech to support 75 tech employees across software, product and data roles. You will partner with tech leadership, run reviews, coach managers, and drive staffing, onboarding and development initiatives.

You will design people programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage contracts, compensation, and performance processes to enable scale in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Psychology or similar.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or similar.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews and development conversations with employees.
• Lead people-related projects and staffing initiatives for tech teams.
• Staff, onboard, develop, rotate, motivate and retain tech staff.
• Provide data-driven insights and partner with tech leaders to shape strategy.
• Oversee admin related tasks around contracts and compensation.
