Job summary

Picnic is hiring a People Partner for Tech at our Amsterdam HQ to shape how we attract, onboard and develop talent across software, product and data teams. You’ll partner with tech leaders to design staffing plans, drive development conversations, and implement people initiatives that support fast growth in a scaleup environment.

You’ll lead performance reviews, coach leaders, and manage cross-functional projects with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Psychology or similar.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews, work on people-related projects, and hold development conversations with tech teams.
• Demonstrate understanding of the business and act as a thought leader on people topics within tech.
• Partner with a cross-functional group of tech experts to design and execute staffing, onboarding, development, rotation, retention and organization strategies.
