Job summary

Suc6recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for a large international logistics company in Venlo. You will lead a team in a largely automated warehouse, coordinating daily inbound/outbound activities and ensuring smooth operations across three shifts.

In this role you’ll monitor KPIs, coach your team, resolve disruptions, and act as the link between the warehouse supervisor and operations, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to share passion with others.
• Knowledge of logistics processes within a warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and allocate daily activities within inbound and outbound.
• Lead, motivate and coach your team.
• Identify and resolve operational disruptions.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, quality and lead times.

As a warehouse team leader, you are the connecting link between the warehouse supervisor and the operation. With your helicopter view, you know exactly what is going on, where bottlenecks arise and when adjustments are needed. You anticipate peak moments, safeguard the workflow and ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time. You achieve this by:

• coordinating and allocating daily activities within inbound and/or outbound;
• leading, motivating and coaching your team;
• identifying and resolving operational disruptions;
• monitoring KPIs such as productivity, quality and lead times;
• acting as the first point of contact for colleagues and the warehouse supervisor.
