Job summary

Workstead in Venray is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise a logistics team in a modern fulfillment center. You’ll ensure daily activities—from goods receiving to shipping—run smoothly and drive reliable deliveries across Europe.

You will coach and motivate your team, monitor progress on the floor, and identify improvements to create a safe, productive, and high‑quality work environment. This is a hands-on leadership role.
