Job summary

HQ Pack in the Netherlands is seeking a Team Lead Cleaning to coordinate daily operations in the Cleaning department, leading a team of 15 to 25 employees on the work floor.

You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity, conduct daily stand-ups and handovers, support onboarding and development, and address operational challenges as they arise. The role collaborates with planners, quality specialists, fellow Team Leads, and the Team Manager to drive improvements.

Job description

Within our Cleaning department, we ensure that high-value components meet the strict cleanliness standards required by customers in the high-tech industry. As Team Lead Cleaning, you are responsible for the daily coordination of the department and lead a team of approximately 15 to 25 employees. You ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan. You'll spend much of your time on the work floor, supporting employees, monitoring performance, and addressing operational challenges when they arise. Together with planners, quality specialists, fellow Team Leads, and the Team Manager, you keep the operation running smoothly while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
