Shift & Working Time

There might be day, evening, or night shifts, and possibly a weekend shift on Saturday (especially during peak seasons).

Responsibilities

Organizing an effective and efficient flow of goods, in accordance with the established quality standards and customer logistics/production planning.

Motivating and guiding the team in order to achieve the targets and to make improvements.

Performing other duties in the department.

• Social skills required for dealing with employees within various parts of the organization and for instructing, motivating and correcting (own) employees.
