Job summary

Suc6! Recruitment B.V. is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for 2 shifts in Venlo. You will operate in a largely automated environment, leading people, improving performance, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

As the team link between the warehouse supervisor and the operation, you will anticipate bottlenecks, safeguard workflow, and ensure resources are in the right place at the right time. You will coordinate activities, lead your team, and monitor KPIs to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to motivate and guide the team.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse logistics processes and workflows.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and allocate daily inbound and/or outbound activities.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the warehouse team.
• Identify and resolve operational disruptions.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, quality, and lead times.
• Serve as the first point of contact for colleagues and the warehouse supervisor.

At their locations in Venlo, you work in a largely automated environment where technology and data support your team. You focus on what really matters: leading people, improving performance and making the operation better every single day: you’re on it.

As a warehouse team leader, you are the connecting link between the warehouse supervisor and the operation. With your helicopter view, you know exactly what is going on, where bottlenecks arise and when adjustments are needed. You anticipate peak moments, safeguard the workflow and ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time. You achieve this by:

• coordinating and allocating daily activities within inbound and/or outbound;
• leading, motivating and coaching your team;
• identifying and resolving operational disruptions;
• monitoring KPIs such as productivity, quality and lead times;
• acting as the first point of contact for colleagues and the warehouse supervisor.
