Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Oud-Gastel is looking for a Team Leader to strengthen a 15–20 person operation, overseeing daily warehouse tasks and coordinating with fellow Team Leaders across two shifts (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00).

You will coach team members on performance and development, manage personnel planning and time registration, and foster a safe, inclusive, and motivated work environment. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics environment, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills; you work easily with systems and reports.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate with fellow Team Leaders to ensure a smooth process.
• Coach team members both on performance and personal development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
• Conduct performance, absenteeism, and development discussions.
• Manage personnel planning and time registration accurately.
