Job summary

ibis Amsterdam Centre Stopera, part of Accor, is seeking a Team Member Host for the Front Office who will also support Food & Beverage operations. You will be the face of the hotel, welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs in a dynamic, friendly team.

You should be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends; shifts run from 07:00 to 23:00. The role offers a monthly gross salary of €2,500–€2,700, plus employee discounts on stays and F&B across Accor hotels.

• Front Office experience is preferred.
• Able to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Early shift 07:00, late shift 23:00.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and handling check-ins/check-outs.
• Providing guests with information about the hotel and area.
• Coordinating with Housekeeping, F&B and Technical Services.
• Supporting breakfast service and bar shifts.
• Handling guest questions and requests professionally.

Job Description

As a Team Member Host, you will work at the Front Office and support Food & Beverage operations. No day is the same, and you play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a fantastic stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
• Providing guests with information about the hotel and the area
• Acting as the main point of contact for guests during their stay
• Coordinating with departments such as Housekeeping, F&B and Technical Services
• Supporting Food & Beverage operations, including breakfast service and bar shifts
• Handling guest questions, requests and any issues in a professional and friendly manner
