Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Groningen seeks a Team Leader to guide 60–80 operators across multiple shifts. You will use data to drive daily performance, ensure GMP compliance, and develop people through coaching and structured improvements.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with QA, PPD, and Tech Service, prioritise safety, quality and continuous improvement, and shape a high-performing team in a dynamic MedTech production environment.

Qualifications

• ≥ 3 years of experience in a GxP environment with GMP/ISO 13485 knowledge.
• Experience in leadership roles (supervisor level).
• Strong Dutch and English language skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a production team of 60–80 FTE across 3 or 4 shifts with data-driven leadership.
• Lead Daily Management meetings and provide relevant data to production leaders and support functions.
• Ensure training and operator qualifications are maintained.
• Drive improvements and coach team members toward higher performance.
• Collaborate with QA, PPD and Technical Service during shifts to resolve issues.
