Job summary

Versado zoekt een teamleider logistiek voor de regio Panningen. Je leidt drie logistieke teams (twee magazijnteams en een expeditie-team), werkt nauw samen met voormannen, bewaakt planning en productiviteit en zorgt voor efficiënte magazijnafhandeling en juiste voorraadadministratie.

Je ziet toe op veiligheid, kwaliteit en netheid, lost knelpunten praktisch op en rapporteert verbeterpunten aan het management.

Qualifications

• MBO niveau 4 richting logistiek of vergelijkbaar.
• 3–5 jaar werkervaring in logistiek.
• Bewezen leiderschap en in staat teams te verbinden.

Responsibilities

• Dagelijkse aansturing en coaching van drie logistieke teams in samenwerking met voormannen.
• Toezicht op planning, goederenstromen en productiviteit.
• Zorgdragen voor efficiënte magazijnwerking, correcte voorraadadministratie en een veilige werkomgeving.
• Knelpunten praktisch oplossen en verbeterpunten rapporteren aan het management.

As team leader logistics, you are the connecting link between the logistics teams, planning, production and management. You guide three logistics teams, consisting of two warehouse teams and one expedition team, and work closely with the working foremen. You monitor planning and productivity, keep an overview of incoming and outgoing goods flows and ensure efficient warehouse management and accurate stock administration. You also oversee safety, quality and a tidy workplace. You practically resolve bottlenecks in the process and report improvement points to management. You take ownership and motivate your colleagues daily to achieve the best result together.

Daily management and coaching of three logistics teams in collaboration with working foremen

Monitoring production and logistics planning, goods flows and productivity

Ensuring efficient warehouse management, accurate stock administration and a safe working environment

Identifying and resolving bottlenecks and reporting improvements to management

MBO level 4 working and thinking level in the direction of logistics or supply chain

Three to five years of work experience in a logistics environment, preferably in a leadership role

Experience with managing, motivating and connecting logistics employees

Good command of the Dutch and English language and strong organizational skills
