Job summary

Versado in Panningen is seeking a decisive Production Team Leader to align five production teams across sawing, welding and assembly with the production plan. You will coach foremen, connect shop floor to management, and drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality and safety.

You ensure daily progress on planned production, monitor bottlenecks, and foster a neat, well-organised work environment with daily stand-ups and meetings.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 in technology or mechanical engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in a production environment.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Results-oriented, decisive and strong at motivating employees.

About the role

Are you a decisive leader with a passion for technology and process improvement? As Production Team Leader, you ensure that the production teams in Panningen perform optimally and that the planning is met. You connect the shop floor with management and steer working foremen in a goal-oriented way.

Our client in Panningen is an organisation where smoothly running production processes and motivating people are central. You will work in a decisive and down-to-earth environment where collegiality comes first. Together with your team, you work daily on realising the planned production and continuously improving working methods.

As Production Team Leader, you are responsible for the entire production process at the Panningen location. You lead five production teams, divided across the mechanical departments for sawing and welding and the assembly departments. Within these teams, you steer the working foremen, who play an important role in the daily operational management. You are the connecting link between the employees on the production floor, planning, logistics and the business manager. You monitor the overall picture, identify bottlenecks immediately and actively steer towards achieving the set production targets. With daily whiteboard sessions and work meetings, you coach the team and continuously work on improving efficiency, quality and safety. This way, you ensure smooth progress and a tidy, organised work environment.

Requirements
