Job summary

QLS is a family-owned logistics provider in Dordrecht. We are looking for a driven Shift Leader Logistics to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, achieve daily targets, and coach a dedicated team.

You will ensure inventory accuracy, enforce safety guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting our growth as a leading e-commerce logistics partner.

Qualifications

• MBO level thinking and working is expected.
• Flexible mindset and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Result-driven team player who puts the customer first.
• Forklift certificate preferred or willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve daily targets for output and quality.
• Be the go-to person for your team and correct small errors on the spot.
• Ensure inventory checks are carried out.
• Ensure team follows all company rules, procedures and safety guidelines and provide guidance as needed.
• Analyze causes of issues and help prevent recurrence.
• Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement of operational processes.

Mon-Fri Day shifts – 0800-1630 or Mon-Fri Late shfts 1630-0100 on offer – Part-time and Full-time

What will you do?
As a Shift Leader at QLS, you’ll play a vital role in our day-to-day warehouse operations. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a go-to person for your team and correcting small errors on the spot
• Ensuring inventory checks are carried out
• Making sure your team follows all company rules, procedures, and safety guidelines—and providing guidance when needed
• Analyzing the causes of issues and helping prevent them in the future
• Contributing ideas and supporting continuous improvement of operational processes

Who are we looking for?

• MBO (secondary vocational education) level of thinking and working
• Flexible mindset and solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English

• Preferably in possession of a forklift certificate or willing to obtain one
