Job summary

HQ Pack B.V. in Schijndel seeks a Team Lead Cleaning to coordinate a team of 15 to 25 employees in a high-tech cleaning department. You will ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to plan, while supporting improvements with Lean and 5S on the shop floor.

You’ll work closely with planners, quality specialists, fellow Team Leads, and the Team Manager to keep operations running smoothly and continuously improve performance. Two-shift rotation applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in production, logistics, cleaning, or cleanroom environments.
• Experience with workforce planning and coordinating daily operational activities.
• Strong command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Familiarity with Lean, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work in accordance with strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift rotation.
