Job summary

DSV Hapert is seeking a Team Lead Warehouse Airfreight to lead a small, skilled team in a high tech environment. You will supervise terminal operators, coordinate daily planning and ensure safe, correct ULD builds.

This hands-on role demands good English, Dutch as a plus, adaptability to volume shifts, and a drive to improve workflows together with your team.

Salary between €2,900 and €3,400 gross per month plus 28 vacation days, holiday pay, a pension plan and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
• MBO level education.
• Hands-on approach with time pressure.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse operation and manage terminal operators.
• Plan daily workflow including freight, space, deadlines, and personnel.
• Build and inspect ULDs with the team, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Suggest smarter working methods and optimize shifts.
