Job summary

DSV Air & Sea in Hapert is seeking a Team Lead Warehouse Airfreight to manage a small, experienced team in a specialist air‑freight environment. You will oversee daily planning, build and inspect ULDs, and coach operators to meet tight deadlines for high‑tech customers.

The role combines hands‑on leadership with process improvement, shift organization and a proactive mindset to maintain seamless operations in a fast‑paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within a warehouse environment.
• Strong spatial awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on mentality; able to work with the team under pressure.
• Good command of English; Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily planning, reviewing freight, space, deadlines, staff and materials.
• Build and inspect ULDs, ensuring freight is safely placed.
• Manage, coach and motivate terminal operators during operations.
• Contribute ideas for smarter working methods and shift organization.
