Job summary

Rhenus Warehousing Solutions in Son en Breugel seeks a hands-on Team Lead to guide a small warehouse team across multiple processes, from inbound to outbound and inventory control. You will monitor performance, coach staff and drive improvements in collaboration with the coordinator.

Qualifications

What You Can Expect :

Do you get energized by leading a team of motivated warehouse employees? Do you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and would you like to contribute to an efficient operation at our beautiful location in Son en Breugel?

What can you expect?

As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for a several small customers and managing small team in dynamic operations across 9 warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and issue resolution. You identify bottlenecks and irregularities and report them when necessary.

You’ll manage both fixed and flexible staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, planning, and monitoring.

Together with Coordinator, you’ll drive continuous improvements and ensure operational targets are met.

Your key responsibilities:

• Coaching, evaluating and developing team members within their department and facilitate cross-functional collaboration, all in line with HR policies.
• Motivating your team to consistently deliver high-quality output and contribute to process improvements.
• Managing KPI's and making sure your team meets set performance targets.
• You perform administrative tasks to support operations and handle general duties.

What You Bring:

You are a hands-on leader with a sharp analytical mindset and a structured way of working. You know how to maintain control across multiple processes while continuously striving for improvement. You balance empathy with a results-driven attitude and communicate clearly across all levels. Furthermore, you have:

• MBO-level working and thinking skills
• You have a good command of the English language (both spoken and written)
• Solid computer and analytical skills
