Job summary

ASML is seeking a technically skilled professional to lead and improve Lean manufacturing processes in a high-tech production setting. You will maintain procedures, ensure tool availability, and optimize the production line to support scale-up of TwinScan systems.

The role requires a Bachelor in a technical field, 0–5 years of production experience, and strong English communication. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on quality and safety are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics or other relevant technical area.
  • 0-5 years of experience in a production environment.
  • Excellent English language level in speech and writing.
  • Great communicative skills; a real team player.
  • Effective interpersonal capabilities; ability to convince others.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and up-to-date procedures and blueprints / sequences, that meet safety and quality requirements.
  • Validate procedures and blueprints / sequences on the shop floor.
  • Define the required quantity and secure the availability of production tools, initiate upgrades, support maintenance actions.
  • Optimize the production process and perform issue tracking/solving to transfer the product into the volume organization.
  • Gathers structural issues and collaborates with Development, Operations, System Install and Supply chain Engineering.
